Peace and tranquility! The Guest House is part of a small estate located on a quiet street. A mere 200 yards from two beaches where you can relax and sunbathe to your hearts content.

On late afternoons leisurely relax with a cool drink under the shade of beautiful mature trees. A lazy stream runs through the property with ducks and other wildlife traveling through.

This charming cottage, a mix of sea, sand, and country, is a rare Cape Cod experience. We welcome you to explore Cape Cod in this fashion.

Policy:

Guests are requested to leave house in a neat condition so that excess cleaning is not required.

No Maid Services Available at the Guest House

For weekly rentals, a 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival.
For daily rentals, a one night deposit is required.

Weekly rentals begin and end on Saturday in the Summer Season.

Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund of deposit.

No pets please.

An English Garden is a smoke free environment.

Check-in time 2PM to 6PM. Notify us if arriving late.
