Policy:
Guests are requested to leave house in a neat condition so that excess cleaning is not required. No Maid Services Available at the Guest House For weekly rentals, a 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The balance
is payable upon arrival. Weekly rentals begin and end on Saturday in the Summer Season. Cancellations for weekly rentals received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund of deposit less a $50 service charge. Cancellations for daily rentals received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival
will receive a refund of deposit less a $25 service charge. |
